Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of online booking to reserve your appointment.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund.

•  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will receive a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. The full payment will be forfeited, and a new payment will be required to book another appointment.

• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
