GINA S. DUNCAN
Founder & CEO
Gina S. Duncan is an accomplished entrepreneur, business leader, and compliance professional with more than 25 years of experience in investigations, compliance, risk management, insurance, and business operations. Gina has successfully built and managed businesses in the insurance, tax, real estate, and compliance industries.

As the Founder and CEO of LiveScan MD Fingerprinting Services, Gina has transformed the company into one of the region’s leading compliance-driven service providers. Under her leadership, LiveScan MD has grown from a fingerprinting company into a multifaceted corporation serving individuals, businesses, government agencies, schools, healthcare organizations, transportation companies, and nonprofit organizations throughout the DMV area.
DR. KIERA E. LEONARD
Co-Owner & MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Kiera Leonard is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Nationally Registered Certified Medical Examiner (NRCME) with extensive experience in preventive medicine, wellness, and primary care. As Co-Founder of LiveScan Occupational Health & Compliance, she is committed to helping commercial drivers, employers, and workforce organizations maintain compliance while promoting the health and safety of their employees.

Dr. Leonard earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Rutgers University and is licensed to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Throughout her career, she has focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while emphasizing education, prevention, and evidence-based practice.
